1. Alex donates $5 towards bednets through the Minus Malaria Initiative.  $5 is the equivalent of one bednet.

2. GHF helps Alex learn about legislation currently in Congress that is relevant to malaria and works with him/her to send a letter to an appropriate Congressperson.

3. If Alex prefers, he/she can opt to have GHF send a letter for Alex on his/her behalf.

What if Alex donates $10, $15, or $50? For every $5 donated, GHF will get one letter sent to a Congresman.  That means, a donation of $50 sends 10 letters to Congress.

What if Alex only donates $2, not enough to buy a bednet? A letter can be sent on behalf of him/her and someone else who donated $3.
