January 2007: GHF has its first meeting.
July 2007 : GHF applies for a small grant to purchase a video camera. The application is unsuccessful.
November 2007 : GHF hosts its first anti-malaria campaign featuring a bed net display, photo exhibition and several speakers. Over $7500 were raised to distribute bed nets in the Acholi Quarter in Kampala, Uganda
Spring 2008 :GHF applies for and receives the Project Pericles Grant, a three-year grant that is used to initiate and develop the Minus Malaria Initiative.
Fall 2008: GHF begins to network and cultivates relationships with contacts at Haverford College, Northwestern University, Americans for Informed Democracy, etc.
Spring 2008: GHF continues to establish contacts with organizations in Middlebury College, Princeton University, The College of New Jersey, etc.
